Coaching

Coaching

Unlike training and instruction where the emphasis is on the trainer imparting their knowledge to you, coaching focuses on helping the coachee to take responsibility for identifying their own goals, assessing their own strengths and areas for development and identifying their own solutions for moving forwards. This is achieved by the coach providing a safe, creative and non-judgemental space, asking thought-provoking questions and listening to help the coachee explore, reflect and make decisions.

Our Approach

We use multiple tools and techniques and searching questions that allow you to find your own solutions in all our coaching sessions. As it is through skilful questioning we will help you to see your situation from a different perspective, gain clarity, uncover options and challenge inconsistencies.

We at NasBon offer a range of coaching

Our Coaching Offers
"Coaching isn't therapy. It's product development, with you as the product.

Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is focused on helping senior leaders within an organisation to improve their leadership and personal performance.

The need to provide senior leaders with a completely neutral space in which to openly discuss the organisationally sensitive strategic issue they are confronted with, often means that executive coaching is provided by an “external coach” which is where we at NasBon come in. Our experienced executive coaches are able to provide the necessary “thinking space” and a sounding board to think through these issues and generate new ideas.

This generally involves three way contracting between the coachee’s direct line manager, the coachee and the coach and will explore organisational (open) objectives however, personal (closed) objectives remain strictly private and confidential between the coach and the coachee.

Coaching sessions are usually scheduled at one or two per month depending on the complexity of the issues and the coaching engagement generally last no longer than three to six months.

Leadership Coaching

Leadership Coaching is aimed at helping leaders improve their leadership as well as address professional development needs

This type of coaching is an excellent way to achieve clarity prior to beginning a project or should the project be running into difficulties, or when faced with situations such as organisational cultural development or when dealing with the nuances of interpersonal relationships. This coaching is strictly private and confidential.

Here as NasBon our coaches have significant experience of holding senior leadership positions within corporate organisations and therefore understand the organisational and corporate cultural issues that can impact on someone in a senior leadership position.

Our coaches have a blend of business experience, understanding of psychology and organisational culture and systems, as these three issues often have an influence on the issues that a leader faces our coaches are well versed in helping leaders develop innovative solutions.

Team Coaching

In Team coaching  the role of the coach is help the team achieve superior performance while also helping team members create more fulfilling lives for themselves and others

Team Coaching is an excellent way to support team development initiatives and is often used alongside team development programmes however, team coaching can be employed as a stand alone initiative to assist teams align around a common purpose, establish inspiring spirit and vision, define clear roles, commit to team accountability, make powerful choices and take affirmative action.

This means the coach acts as the catalyst for the team to address not only what they do, but how they do it. It may also incorporate facilitation and consulting skills.

It can be defined as enabling a team to function at more than the sum of its parts, by clarifying its mission and improving its external and internal relationships.

It is different therefore, from coaching team leaders on how to lead their teams, or coaching individuals in a group setting
